Bargad has a strong networking and outreach on the national level. It also has deep rooted contacts in the universities of India, Afghanistan and Germany. To be specific Humboldt University Berlin Germany, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi University, BBKDAV College Amritsar India, Kabul University and Balkh University Afghanistan have participated in the Regional Dialogue on Peace and Youth Cooperation.

Bargad has a national level outreach through its partner organizations and Educational Institutions that are member of network. Bargad has so far targeted stakeholders from the following institutions during its various projects.
