The major activity of the project was to construct a drain line in Muhalla Shareefam, Rahwali, Gujranwala. It was an extension of the previous project with the same client. Though Bargad claims to be rights based organization, it took up this project with an objective of entering into the community of Rahwali. Rahwali happens to be backward area where people did not understand the concepts of advocacy and awareness. Thus Bargad decided to make a breakthrough by extending services of constructing a drain line with the assistance of Environment Protection Department Government of Pakistan.
